Mongolia suffered a 2nd servere “druz” (server winter) which practically wipe out all livestocks and the poor were badly hit.  Two ladies (Pauline Kwan and Bee Yong) travelled to Ulaanbatar to help distribute 22 tonnes of food relief to help the poorest of the poor.  (Note :  ACROSS was subsequently changed to Anglican Crisis Relief, Outreach & Support, Singapore)
